Meet Manny

Manny Cazares has been selling real estate in the beautiful El Dorado Hills area of Northern California since 1987.  His success for being one of the top agents in the area has been attributed to his great personal service and knowledge of the area.  Manny has had the good fortune of working with several developers and numerous builders in marketing their new custom homes and lot subdivisions. 

In addition to lot sales and new construction, Manny has sold hundreds of resale homes in the area.  He feels that in order to better service his clients, it is important to know as much as possible about the new and resale home market.  Pricing and marketing your property are two of Manny’s strengths.  It is extremely important to price a home correctly so that buyers are attracted to your home immediately after Manny places it on the MLS.  The other half of this equation is the strong marketing plan. Manny has perfected.  He also believes that his ability to network with other top performing agents and brokers nationwide helps his clients’ homes sell faster.
